Is my image good enough quality to enlarge to canvas?
When you upload your image to the virtual canvas creator, it will check the image
dimensions and quality and determine the best size for your canvas.
Can I have an order sent to another address as a gift?
Sure! When entering your personal details you will be given the opportunity to say
whether you wish to use your own address or supply a different delivery address.
Can you Fix my old photographs?
Photo restoration is one of our specialities, our staff are qualified to degree
level in image manipulation and have had many years experience dealing with image
restoration and editing.
I need someone taking out of a photograph, can you help me?
projects like this are rarely the same and require a very bespoke approach. However
we offer a free image consultation service, where we check over the image, and give
you a call to talk you through what can be done with it.
How are the canvases produced?
We only print on 100% cotton, artist quality canvas. We use state of the art archival
printing technology utilising genuine canon lucia inks which are water resistant
and guarantee against fading for 75 years. We then spray your canvas with a high
quality matte giclee lacquer, which brings out the colours in the image and protects
it even further. The canvas prints are mounted on high quality hand made pine frames,
made especially for each order. Special reinforcement bars are made and fitted to
the frames if they are 36" and above, to increase strength and keep the canvas squared
All of our prints are supplied with a dentate fitting, ready to hang on your wall.
Can I send you an image which is not my own?
Yes. But it is your responsibility to ensure that you have been granted the rights
to the image in question and/or have obtained the relevant permission from the copyright
Will the colours match what I see on my computer screen?
Each individual PC monitor has different colour settings and the colour reproduction
on the actual print could differ from what you see on your monitor. We use a calibrated
monitor so that the prints are produced exactly as they look on our screen so we
will edit the image at our end to make it look right when it goes to print.
How do I care for my canvas?
To maintain and increase the life span of your canvas, do not expose it to continuous,
strong sunlight or moisture. We will include a set of care instructions with every
How long will it take to process my order?
After the design consultation your artwork will be completed and sent via courier
within 3 - 5 working days. However. should there be a delay, we weill notify you
as soon as possible

Delivery depends on the size of the canvas that is being sent. All our deliveries
are made using Parcel Monkey, which utilises the services of DHL, City Link, or

What is your Returns Policy?
If for any reason you are unhappy with the end result, or anything related to your
purchase, You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days starting
from the day after the goods have been received, under the Distance Selling Regulations
Act 2000. In the highly unlikely event that you decide that you do not want your
piece of art you can return the print in its original packaging (for protection).
We will refund the full amount minus cost of postage and packaging. You should contact
us first by email or phone to arrange the return of the canvas, then return the
canvas at your own expense by recorded delivery within 5 days from notice being
given. We cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged
